Destruction of ACP

The ACP declared war on us – after supposedly being our brother allies. What was their reasoning? They declared war on us due to people who were in DCP years and years ago not approving of their administration. Whatever the case is, what former members of the DCP did had nothing to do with the current DCP leadership. In fact, the current DCP leadership supported ACP endlessly even after they’ve backed out of pacts made with the DCP. They went as far as to encourage troops to go and join ACP during periods closures of the DCP.

This is how you all were repaid. You were repaid by the ACP trying to not only manipulate, but take advantage of your army. They want you to succumb to their will. Do as they say. They want to control you! You must fight for your liberty, for your freedom. You must now fight to be an army! They practically want to enslave you (virtually, as an army).

However, what they fail to recognize is…

THIS IS THE DORITOS OF CLUB PENGUIN

DCP bows to none. We aren’t “the good guys” yet we aren’t the bad guys. We’re just having fun. Our goal is merely to enable people to make friends and have fun. These guys come along with their power moves. So prideful, huh ACP? Your manipulating ways end here. The Doritos have been known to shock the entire community and this will just be another act of such. The ACP will be utterly and completely annihilated in this war. We won’t take this lightly. I recruited CSY personally and the audacity that he has to go and turn on his home army, the audacity of the entire ACP administration to betray their brother allies of generations for such baseless causes is merely beyond me. Throughout my entire career in armies I have yet to see an army be such a disservice to the entirety of CPA.

I call upon everyone who loves the Doritos. We will come together and fight together for what is ours. Together, we cannot be stopped, because this is more than just an army. This is the Doritos legacy, the torch has been passed on to YOU to keep this going! You must fight and fight hard, because these guys want to kick you while you’re down.

DCPAD – What is it and what’s going on there?

Summit, Doritos Capital – There has been a discussion going on about “DCP after dark”. Every community has their personal approaches of communicating with each other, perchance through making group chats or meetups. We had been intrigued in understanding what DCPAD is exactly, and what’s going on there. With that being said, today’s topic is about DCPAD.

Do you think DCPAD has changed the community?

“I think it’s brought everyone closer, because the whole ‘after dark’ gives it a whole other vibe and people sort of show their true selves and joke around.” Says Katie.

We have been getting fairly good responses to DCPAD,

Saikken thinks that; “DCPAD is a very supportive community and full of love despite how weird it can get sometimes. Everyone is very friendly as long as you are, and it’s truly a fun place to go to just relax and be yourself without having the standard rules.”

Another response from JaceFRS who said; “DCPAD is like an outlet for us who want to talk about anything that is mature. Most of the things that happen inside DCPAD are NSFW and unfiltered mature conversations.”

Most of our attendees answered the same, It had not really changed or impacted the community since not many people know about it. Although it has brought some people closer, attendees think the whole element of ‘after dark’ gives this whole other vibe where we all can vent about life and ongoing problems or things that are going good for them.

Could you give us a clue of what’s happening there?

Here are some brief explanations from our attendees;

Saikken said; “if you mean what we talk about, it’s honestly just about NSFW topics. Of course that’s not all we talk about, we also like to give people the opportunity to vent/talk about things that are going on in their life that could be upsetting to them”

Katie said; “Some people talk about different topics but it’s usually 16+ things but in a funny way. Everyone is comfortable with it, it’s mostly just joking around and having a laugh.”

JaceFRS said; “Most of the things that happens inside DCPAD is NSFW and unfiltered mature conversations.”

In conclusion, DCPAD (DCP after dark), is a non-mandatory “meetup” where we as members of this community get a chance to form unique bonds with one another and basically just talk.

This event will be very important as it is the DEFENSE OF OUR CAPITAL! The IW is making a last minute attempt to invade our capital scheduling back to back invasions early in the morning alongside their allies at the same time. We will fight this, and annihilate all opponents. They manipulate the top 10 by not posting all of their results yet only the good event results – but today we’re going to show them who the better army really is. We don’t need 3 other armies to log on in our uniform, we don’t need to put on a facade, we will defend our beloved historical capital AS THE DORITOS! LETS DO THIS!

Invasion of Brumby

Yo, what’s up DCP?

Today we invaded the city Brumby from IW and we demolished them. Four armies were all dressed in blue and we still managed to outnumber them and outperform them all. That shows how dominant we truly are and proves that we are the greatest army to exist.

We won with a score of 2-1. Good job today Doritos.

We maxed 129 troops today!

I never really got a proper farewell post when Club Penguin came to an end, so I’d like to take this opportunity to get my affairs in order before I pass on the torch for the final time.

I joined the Doritos Army of Club Penguin back in 2011 when I was recruited off Riffy8888’s mascot tracker Xat chatroom by Alfrondo45. I quickly climbed up the ranks, along with Mustapha10, 32op, and Carter. It became evident pretty early on that the Doritos Army was more than just some Club Penguin chatroom, it was an online family. During the first few years, all I could remember is how excited I would be to log on to my computer and catch up with my friends from DCP.

While my history with DCP has been somewhat muddled, what became apparent is how I found myself drawn back to the army after every departure. I could never truly let DCP go from my heart, even as I grew older and started to move on from Club Penguin. I was there for it when we maxed 100+ on Club Penguin to when we would barely max 10. I led alongside some of the most respected figures in the community, and got to lead some troops who went on to outdo my own accomplishments within the army community.

Here are some of the more prominent friends I’ve met along the way that I’d like to give a shoutout to.

Mustapha10

This one may get me some heat, especially after recent events. However, in my heart, I know it is only right to give credit to the man who taught me nearly everything I needed to know about armies. Mustapha & I actually were both 4ic at the same time back in 2011/2012, and fought for a coveted spot in the ownership ranks. During this time, he would always push me to keep putting in the work to rank up. Say what you will about Mustapha, but he does have a way with motivating people to push to their absolute limits. While we may not be on the best terms, I appreciate all you’ve done for me.

32op

Man, I can’t even believe you & I are still here to this day. 32’s been one of the most inspirational figures during my time in DCP history. We were both owners early on in DCP history, and 32 was always there for me. 8 years later, 32 is still fighting for what is right in DCP. He has never once given up, and many of us look up to him to this day. A true leader and absolute legend. I love ya man.

Meerrkat

No amount of words can even begin to describe how proud I am of Meer. He was a 6ic/5ic in DCP when I was in a top ownership spot. He was very loyal, super sweet and humble, and everyone in the army liked him. To see him grow into one of the most accomplished leaders in DCP history is absolutely touching to see. Meer is so dedicated to Doritos, he was recruiting for us while banned from the army. I know he will grow up to be something great outside of armies. I love ya.

Rah

Rah is from New Era DCP (CPO), and I’ve only gotten the chance to know her for a few weeks now — but during that short period of time, I’ve witnessed the most caring & genuine person bring thousands of Doritos troops together and make them feel like they have a place. I’m sorry our time leading together has been cut short, but I know you’ll go on to be one of the most memorable leaders in DCP history.

Vivala

Like Rah, I’ve only gotten the chance to know Viv for a few weeks now. However, in that time, I’ve been wholly impressed by the qualities of leadership I’ve seen in Viv. One of the most liked leaders in DCP, Viv has put in so much effort in making sure all troops feel like DCP is their second home. It’s been an absolute pleasure getting to know you and see what you’ve done for the army.

Gingersnap

While Ginger has always had a way with finding new methods of bugging me, and at points I’ve wanted to strangle this kid, I love ya like a brotha. You have always been true to DCP, time and time again. I respect you so much for never betraying DCP regardless of what you had to personally gain from it. I’m so happy I got the chance to be in an ownership rank alongside you in early DCP and continued to lead with you during New Era.

Possum03

The loyalty to DCP that Possum03 has shown ever since she joined the army has been humbling. I shouldn’t even say DCP — Possum has been loyal to what is right. She has never once compromised on her morals. She has passed on opportunities to stay true to herself and to the army. At times when DCP was struggling, Possum did not cave in to the scandals that were plaguing the CPA community. Instead, she believed that DCP would prevail. I have nothing but utmost respect for Possum and the only thing I would have changed is inducting her as legend sooner.

And with that, I would like to say thank you to everyone in Doritos who gave me a place where I could forget about all the negatives in my life and just have innocent fun. I wouldn’t have missed it for the world. DCP will continue to outlive me, as it has all the former leaders and legends of this remarkable army.
